Welcome to my space where I hope to feed you with all things big and small that I’m passionate about – food, nutrition, wellbeing, exercise and balance. When it comes to getting people excited about their health and their lives there’s not much I wouldn’t do.

I’m Sarah. An Exercise Scientist, blogger and in the process of becoming a certified holistic health coach/nutritionist.I’m passionate and inspired to help people live and live their lives to the fullest and I hope to spread my word about eating delicious, nutritious meals and exercise all over the world!I hope to reach out and help people achieve their own wellness goals with my fresh ideas whether it is healthy eating, weightloss, better lifestyle choices or a better relationship with food in order to better their everyday lives – happy and content.

I’m sick of the notion of ‘dieting’ – everyone I meet seems to always be on a diet. I don’t believe in deprivation or repetitiveness. You have to listen to your body and your taste buds. We’re all individuals so why should we all eat the same things? We are all different, some peoples bodies react in a positive way with a certain food and someone else might not.I want people to enjoy the process of discovering new, tasty, healthy foods and themselves.

I love to eat healthy (not only does it make me feel good but it’s also the tastiest) and I practice what I preach 90% percent of the time. Balance is the key. I’m not going to say no to going out to dinner with friends or to a sweet treat but I do try to make smarter choices.

I’m Sarah. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. I get up early. I run. I love travelling. I used to steal my next door neighbours flowers and sell them back to them. Melbourne is my home. I used to work as an exercise scientist with an AFL club. I do bikram yoga. I watch reality TV. I love my L.A hat but most of all I love eating and all things food.

Eat well and be well.

Currently as a part of my course I have to practice health history consultations. In the session we’ll look at your current lifestyle and diet and the impact it’s currently having on your over-all health, happiness and well-being. If you’re interested in helping me out feel free to leave me a comment below and I’ll get back to you. Cheers amigos!

Hi Sarah! I’m glad I came across your blog 🙂 It seems that we have a lot in common. Are you also doing the Integrative Nutrition course? xx
